Q. Could you provide AC220V in your camera?
A. Yes, we could. However, we will have extra charge for this inquiry.
Q. Do you have speed dome WDR (wide dynamic range)? or zoom camera only ?
A. Yes, we have speed dome has WDR function.
Q. Are all your cameras AC24V, 50 or 60Hz?
A. We can provide you cameras with 24VAC and 50Hz or 60Hz, however, we will have to charge extra fee for that.
Q. Does Pishion CCD cameras include flickerless?
A. About the flickerless, do you mean during the night time? If so, please consider about 3 points while you are choosing our products: “High Resolution”, “ Super HAD Ex-view CCD”, and “ filter cutter technology” . Then it will have no flicker problem.We do have Flickerless. However, we only use it in all series "high resolution cameras" (480TVL and above)
Q. When the DVR is turned on, it detect NTSC system, is there a way to switch to the PAL?
A. please connect the camera to DVR. Then turn on the DVR. The DVR should be able to define it’s PAL or NTSC automatically.
Q. It does not detect the HDD, which HDD you suggest to use?
A. The HDD in the MPEG 4 DVR is only suitable for SATA interface, you can use 1394 interface HDD or USB2.0 HDD to save more data.
Q. Is there a way to install the DVD-R/RW instead the CD/RW?
A. The machine can install IDE interface CD-RW or DVD-R/RW.
